ADMISSION PROCESS (FRESH ADMISSION)
Government seats: Admission process for Government quota seats & Minority Seats will be carried out as per the schedule declared by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai (Maharashtra State) through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
Seats remaining vacant after CAP round and Institute / Minority quota round: Admission process for the seats remaining vacant after CAP round and Institute round will be carried out separately. Schedule will be displayed on the Notice board as well on the web site of the institute. All such seats will be filled by institute strictly on Merit basis at institute level.
REGULAR ADMISSOION 2018-19 (SE to BE)
(1) Start of academic year 2018-19
Though the result of university is not declared yet, the classes and admission process for academic year will be as follow;
Second Year (including X-students admitted before 2017-18)
July 2 to July 4, 2018
July 5, 2018
Third & Final Year (including X-students admitted before 2017-18)
July 9 to July 11, 2018
July 12, 2018
(2) Applicable Fee & Confirmation of admission
1)Refer college website OR college/hostel notice boards for Fee Applicable for 2018-19.
2)Students are required to pay as per this chart in full. (No installment will be granted)
3)This admission will be treated as provisional admission until the result of the university is declared. Once the results are declared and the student becomes ‘eligible’ as per the university rules, his/her admission will be ‘confirmed’. However, the classes will be commencing as per the schedule given above and attendance will be considered right from the first day.
4)If the student becomes ‘Not eligible’,his/her fee paid for the provisional admission will be refunded to the student within 15 days from the date of result declaration.

Institute Fee:‘Principal, R. C. Patel Institute of Technology’ payable at Shirpur
Boys Hostel Fee:‘SES Boys Hostel’ payable at Shirpur
Ladies Hostel Fee:‘SES Ladies Hostel’ payable at Shirpur
OR, 2) Bank Challan System Students can pay fee through ‘Peoples Bank Challan’
(Counter available in College Campus)
Step-I: Collect bank challan.
Step-II: Pay cash and collect receipt of challan (Student Copy) from Bank Counter.
Step-III:Submit ‘Student Copy’ of challan at Fee Counter and get College Receipt for provisional admission & Admission Form.
OR, 3) Online Transfer to college SBI account number
Step-I:Fund transfer through net banking - NFET/RTGS
Step-II:Submit receipt of transaction to Fee Counter get College Receipt for provisional admission & Admission Form.

(4) Admission Confirmation at respective Department
Submit filled admission form with following documents to the respective class teacher of department (See departmental notice board) for enrollment and reporting.
1) Xerox copy of Provisional admission fee receipt.
2) Original income certificate for 2017-18 (Scholarship/EBC holders).
3) University Examination result copy of May 2018 (after declaration of university result).
(5) Attending classes
After enrollment and reporting you must attend classes and practicals with full Uniform and valid I-card.
(6) Late Fee:
You must take provisional admission & complete your process within the period mentioned as above. Rs. 100 per day will charged thereafter as a late fee.
