The Role and Responsibility of Departmental Advisory Board (DAB)

  • Approval of the Vision and Mission of the department.
  • Approval of the COs, PEOs, and PSOs of the department.
  • Define the current and future issues related to the program.
  • Recommend revisions to COs, PEOs, and PSOs.
  • Recommend the proposals and requirements for effective implementation of OBE.
  • Provide the guidelines for enrichment and deployment of the program curriculum.
  • Analyze and evaluate the program-level gaps.
  • Recommend the program assessment tools.
  • Evaluate the attainment of POs and PEOs and proposes necessary improvements.
  • Recommend guidelines for promoting research and entrepreneurship.
