Roles and Responsibilities of Program Assessment Committee (PAC)

• Track the achievement of Program Outcomes (POs) and Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), program Specific Objectives (PSOs) and plan the steps required to improve the attainment.
• Monitor the attainment of POs and PEOs continuously.
• Schedule the assessment of POs and PSOs in accordance with academic calendar.
• Prepare program activity reports, progress reports, status reports or other special management reports periodically.
• Motivate the faculty and students to actively engage in FDPs and conferences, create instructional programs, job models, and participate in research activities and publication.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and proposes necessary changes.
• Interacts with students, faculty, alumni, module coordinators and outside / community agencies (through their representation) to facilitate the achievement of POs, PSOs, and PEOs, maintain track record and current status.
• Conduct meetings, at least once in 6 months, to review the program and submit reports to the Department Advisory Board.
