Skill Development Courses

Preface

For quality enhancement of Engineering skills and to meet the needs of the industry, Society and Economy, technical education system should embed skill development programs along with the curriculum. To optimize the deployment of physical and human resources of institutions and Industries in the pursuit of development of technical manpower and to enlist participation of industry in technical education programmes with a view to have better interaction between industries and Institute, RCPIT has decided to offer skill development programs offered by NSDC.

Objectives

To explore and identify the relevant sector skill council
To identify need of skill set in Industry/Society.
To design or adopt framework for the courses of industry demand as per National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) guidelines.
To run the courses as per the rules and regulation of nodal agency like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 (PMKVY4.0), Skill India
